By creating an account or using BiblioGo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

BiblioGo is a personal library management app that lets you catalog books, organize collections, track your reading, and share your library with friends.

To use BiblioGo, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use BiblioGo.

The BiblioGo app, its interface, features, and source code are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, modification, or redistribution without authorization is prohibited.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep BiblioGo available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

BiblioGo is provided "as is". We shall not be held liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the app.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a violation of these terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time, directly from the app's settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified within the app. Continued use of BiblioGo after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
